Snap and share
Open the Telegram bot on your phone — send a photo of what you see, then share your location with one tap.

A vision model reads the photo, identifies the issue and scores how serious it looks.

Reports appear on the map shortly, pinned to the canal's actual name.

Citizens can't be everywhere. So a compact, 3D-printed autonomous boat patrols the canals on its own — steering past traffic and obstacles with a stereo camera, GPS and ROS2 — and films as it goes, for Gemma 4 to turn each route into the same kind of report.
